Help please

Hi there I’m so convinced I have afib because everyday I get dizzy spells and I get chest pain weakness in muscle for a bit arm pain etc I was searching online and it said afib can cause dizziness and fast heart rate with light activity and that’s what happens with me I recently started having anxiety when I had a panic attack after doing marijuana and now I don’t no hat to do I need help and comfort please someone help

I've had everything you described from just anxiety. In fact, my friend is an EMT and she always says that you wouldn't believe the number of people who call 911 for heart attacks that actually end up just being anxiety/panic attacks. That just goes to show you how scary physical anxiety symptoms can be!

Have you been checked by a doctor? If not, you could take a trip just in case. But I had same thing as you in the past... I was experiencing bad chest pains, they hurt so much it was painful to even laugh sometimes. I started getting dizzy feeling and my arm and legs felt numb, so I freaked out and went to the Dr and had an EKG done. Turns out nope! Totally normal. And I swear as soon as they said that all the symptoms disappeared lol. But they do come back now whenever I'm feeling extra anxious.

I see a therapist for my anxiety and it has helped me a lot. I highly recommend seeing one if your anxiety issues continue!

I would go get it checked. Wear a holter monitor. You CAN go in and oit of Afib. When I had an episode, the ambulance came and did a ekg.... It showed Afib. But by the time I got to the hospital I was back in normal rythym. YES... Anxiety can give you all these symptoms but ESPECIALLY messing with your heart, always best to get it checked!

I’ve been to the hospital twice which was  2 months ago and one month ago from a cardiologist and everything was normal to them idk I feel like they missed something I’m only 17

If they said everything was normal then you have ur answer! We always worry about them missing something or being wrong, but you can't worry about something that isn't there right? That's what anxiety, specifically health anxiety, is - irrational fears with no evidence. Try to remind yourself that your thoughts and worries have absolutely no certainty to them, and even tho you may feel like or worry they missed something doesn't mean they actually did. There is much more certainty to testing and professional doctors opinions than your worries.fears! =)
