its really red so my guess is it could be the beginning of a outbreak especially if its itchy
no itch no pain no burning sensation when i urine , so you think it can be heroes
a herpes outbreak wouldn’t really start that fast? but I would definitely go get tested.

tbh it really doesn’t look like it to me, usually herpes are in clumps or more than one but like I said you’ll really never know until you get tested. keep us updated, is it itchy? are there more than one bump?
