I’m a young and sexually active male. I noticed these very small spots on my penis about 3 1/2 weeks ago and they have not changed significantly. After I noticed them, I have had itching and tingling in the genital region and butt for about 2 weeks. This subsided and I felt an annoying pinching feeling in my urethra and a frequent urge to urinate which soon went away. The spots are still there and do not hurt. I picked at one and it bled and and regrew itself instead of ulcerating. I made an appointment to get tested, however I wanted to know if it resembles herpes.
