Hey Ben, I pre-jizzal a lot and that is what it looks like to me. When I was your age any sexual thought or touch it would happen and again, a lot. My underwear and pants would be wet and the day I could see big dried white spot on my dark underwear from the “pre”. Still happens, but not as often. I am not a medical professional, but I don’t think you have anything to worry about, it’s just normal for you and a lot of other men who pre-cum easily and coupous amounts.
