hi guys does anybody know what this is? is it normal? i went to the doctor and she said she didnt see anything. but i have anxiety and im scared it could be warts? or vp?

i noticed them about 3-4 months ago. im not sure if they been there before. it was around the time i started being sexually active. i didnt use protection. i dont think they changed however i think more came out. at the time i first noticed them i was having a uti and a yeast infection. which was like 2-3 months ago. when i first saw them i got scared and thought they could be warts. i had been going to the doctor pretty often because i was constantly getting utis and yeast infections and i asked my doctor to check and see if it was normal, she said she didnt see anything but i feel like she kinda just blew me off
