i dont know what this is ive had it for about a year . it does not hurt itch or bother me and it is soft it on the shaft under my foreskin . im thinking its from excessive masturbation. it does go down and almost become unnoticable when i dont masturbate for a while. thanks.

u dont need to do anything its normal ull notice it less when the penis isnt erect when its erect ull notice it more
