so ive noticed a red bump at the top of my vagina and im not sure what it is when i try to pop it nothing comes out it just keeps getting even more red . do you think it could be herpes?

looks like Molluscum contagiosum
I wouldn’t rule out or rule in herpes. Mollusca often manifests in clusters. You said you tried to pop it (not necessarily a good idea) and no fluid came out? Hmmm… Mollusca can usually emit a whitish-greyish fluid.
Is that the only one or others present?
