so i discovered these red dots/ small pimple like marks on my penis head, shaft, and base they do no itch nor hurt im worried as to what they may be any help will be great!!
Were you sexually active immediately before they appeared? - although they do seem more dermatological if you have them on the shaft and base of your penis. Have you had skin problems elsewhere on the body? How long ago did you first notice them … ?
Are you using a regular Lube, or recently changed condom brand, stated using a particular soap, shower gel … that kind of thing … ?
i have had a singluar red spot like these on the underside of my glans for a about 18 months, i got screened at the gum, who visually checked it and said it was nothing, i am not suffering with something different, see my latest post may well be related with your issue, id be interested to know.

yes i am sexually active and yes it was recently that i started using a different condom brand i used it about three times prior to this happening and i only wash my penis with water
You may have a Dermatological or specific skin condition developing - if possible go back to your previous condom brand, take a note if and when the spots worsen.
Is it possible you had unprotected briefly during sex, or have / had a new sex partner … ?
Are your prior circumstances any different to that of Adair’s … ?
