hey hopefully someone can help me. So last week i was masterbating alot, my whole penis was kind of sore. So again wens night i masturbated for awhile, and on thursday i noticed it was specifically sore on the tip of my penis, i looked closer and found a small cut. I put polysporn on it and it helped.
by the next day there was a scab forming, I dont know how to take it because i read herpes takes awhile to heal. I ended up going out all weekend so it would scab all day and usually by the time i wake up the scab would have been off (from movement/underwear).
i went to the doctor today and it was a full scab so he wasnt able to give me a test. He said it was probably due to masturbating but it might be herpes. (when i asked why he said what else would cause a scab down there, i feel like he was rushing me. As soon as he asked if i masturbated, he said "oh then yeah thats what it was". ) He said if it happens again to go asap so they can swab it. when i came home i went to the bathroom and sat down and looked at it and noticed the scab came off again.
PS. As for pain it only seemed like it hurt when my underwear was pushing on it. It literally barely stung to piss (felt like puttin water on a cut)

Something is causing your skin not to heal correctly. While masturbating will be making this worse for your skin, this is NOT what is causing this.
I would continue with the Polysporin but you need to stop masturbating as this may be preventing the healing process. You should then heal within 4 to 8 days of no masturbation.
If it simply will not heal I would seek advice from a Sexual Health Center or clinic at a local hospital. A Dermatologist may be a good specialist to see about this …
yes it is on the meatus. You dont think it is from masturbating? It is healing correctly i just keep tearing off the scab that forms with my boxers.
Does it resemble a herpes outbreak? should i be worried about it.

If your previous sexual practices included unprotected sex then you are at risk anyway. So yes, this could be Herpes - only way to put your mind at rest is to get tested and for the correct form of treatment to be put in place - irrespective of what it actually is …
Yes, it’s possible that this could have been an outbreak. No way of knowing for sure unless your Dr. runs an IGG or IGM blood test or swabs an ulcer (too late now since yours is healing). Lay off on punching the clown for a spell to allow it to heal and request the blood tests from your Dr. Hope you receive good news…
