I've had these for a few months i just started having sex in February 2020 , i had a yeast infection and treated it with home remedies it seems like its gone now but I've noticed these bumps on the side of my vagina lips and they are itchy sometimes and when they are itchy they are very itchy. I also feel internally itchy here and there which i think is involved with the yeast infection i had. Please help me understand what is going on.

It’s possible that you may still have a yeast (candidal) infection that’s making you itchy, as the vulva looks redder than normal. The fine grainy bumps are just prominent sebaceous (oil) glands; they can feel ‘grainier’ in the presence of an infection. So treat the infection and these lumps will settle down.
