Guy if it’s not one thing it’s the other! I am So tired of this! I’ve had all the tests done from heart, lung functions, blood tests etc and yet I always Feel like crap! Always feel short of breath, my knee started giving me trouble a month or so ago and I am freaking out that it might be a blood clot. It’s feels like a strain that starts at the knee, usually in the back and makes the rest of the leg feel heavy. It’s not constant but lately it’s been throughout the day. There’s no swelling, no redness just cramping and stiffness. I am So tired of this! I never Had any issues before and now I feel Like I’m falling apart.
If you have joint pain it does not mean you have a clot, It may be the cold weather is giving you a winter twinge or you have twisted something etc.
Talk to your GP. I have problems with my joints and I use NSID ointments you can get at the chemist. Your GP will check over joints and tendons and will probably give some medications if needed.
One thing I do use is a multiposition shower head I select an intensive setting on the unit and spray hot water on where the pain is. That puts heat into the joints and can ease pain. You can also try gentle exercise moving the knee up and down. It seems to work well if you have a shower seat.

That’s what thinking it is. Just joint pain. I am 31 and work retail and I am On my feet all day. I made An appointment with my gp for tomorrow. My anxiety gets the best of me but honestly between constant one sided joint pain and always short of breath it’s annoying and uncomfortable.
Try not to worry, I have extensive joint problems that have existed for over thirty years, like you I was on my feet and up and down ladders in manholes, I always had problems this time of year. I really understand how you feel, winters a real pain
Good luck with your GP, tell me how you get on
