I have had these spots under my foreskin for about a year. No pain, but it worries me. I’m 16 years old and have not had sex. They have slowly gotten better, but they are still prominent. I do have psoriasis and I think it could be that. Does anyone know? Thanks!
Time will tell, if they seem to be getting better, than its best to be patient. I would not wait more than 3 months for the spots to clear up.
They are probably pearly penile papules it’s normal for some guys to have them
