I'm on Zoloft 100mg and trintilrex 5mg and ativan. I'm still a complete anxiety mess, can't work, can't do my life!!

Rebound anxiety, inter-dose anxiety, and withdrawal anxiety are all worse than the original anxiety. No doctor will ever tell a patient this. The best way to avoid all of it is to never take psych meds for anxiety, especially benzos. If you are already on a benzo, taper it slowly using the Ashton Manual as a guide.

How long have you been on your medications, they will need time to work

If you are unhappy with your medications and you have been on them for about five weeks, you discuss your fears with your GP or your CPN etc
