Help! Sudden rash, really concerned :( picture included..

Hii im sorry for the TMI and please excuse the hair.. i noticed this rash start today, i dont know what it is, i do not have pain when i pee or burning.. it is really uncomfortable to sit or wear tight clothes. i also feel really depressed from it so if you dont have anything kind to say just keep it moving. i have my annual visit with my Obgyn in about 2 weeks so i will know then what this truly is. i posted on here for a piece of mind, hoping to find some answers in light of everything. i do want to share some background, i shave once a month, i do use dove sensitive skin body wash over in the hair area but i have never had an issue before. any other questions i will gladly answer, thank you all in advance.

i cant really see it well. might be from thrush do u have any other symptoms

im sorry! here is a better picture.. the only symptoms ive noticed are irritation, dryness, itchiness, and just uncomfortable all together. it does not burn or sting when i pee or wipe.

whats your discharge like? could be a yeast infection tbh. what are those bumps on your legs or are they nothing to be concerned about? it sounds like thrush to me but if no abnormal discharge present (thicker discharge like cottage cheese) it could be contact derm or just shaving rash as even if youve been using a product for even years with no issues contact derm can come about

the bumps on my thighs are hereditary, it is just butt acne unfortunately. they have healed and now i have scars that you see in the photos. my discharge is normal, there hasnt been an increase or thickness to it, at least none that i have noticed. i did have my period and wore a pad the entire time ( i normally stick to tampons) and it just ended last thursday. it seemed like using the soap made it irritated so i will stop using it. ive made an appointment with my dermatologist for the same day as my obgyn for 7/10.
