Help. The abdominal pain is getting worse

Hi. I'm an 18 year old female. I had a lapraroscopic appendectomy on 8/09/16. I aslo have the Nexplanon birth contrl implant. I have a history of depsression and anxiety and i still have terrible anxiety. The pain in my abdomen started around 4 days ago. It started in my lower left side, more towards my pelvic region. Then it moved up to my middle/left side and then under my ribs on my right side. Now it currently all over the middle area of my abdomen, but radiate to my pelvic region and lower back. I don't know how to describe the pain. It is worse when I walk, sit, stand up or after I eat. The past 2 days, I started getting nauseated after eating or drinking. I feel low grade fevers come and go. I am extremely bloated, sometimes the pain is cramping and sometimes it is sharp pain only felt when I move around or put pressure on it. I've have more frequent bowel movements. Less of an appetite as I feel full all of the time. I honestly just feel sick. All of the time. I can never enjoy myself. Today I started bleeding very lightly as if I am on my period. Which is very possible since the implant causes irregular periods. I sometimes have brown looking discharge, which could also be normal as that could be old blood from where I haven't had a period in a while. Last time I had my period, I bled for a month straight. I went to the doctors recently who only took a pee test when I told him these things. He said there were more than normal amounts of blood and white blood cells in my urine. And that it could be a UTI or bladder infection. Over the past year this will be my 3rd bladder infection or UTI. The pain does not feel like my past bladder infections

Please help me and give me some answers.

Pls have a doc physically checking on you, not that you have some kind of post-op infection and need antibiotics or bit too much after-bleeding in you.

Maybe you get blood taken (for inflammation markers) and an ultrasound too, to see, if free liquid was more than should be around (and causing pain) or whatever could be going on.

Best of luck!!!

Healing takes time, but you want to make sure there is nothing like a internal infection or bleeding post surgery going on, just to relax about it and give the time you need.

You need rest. It does hurt, but it should be not too bad and get better everyday.

Thank you!!

Perhaps ask about having the implant removed.  It is a foreign body and some women can't tolerate it.
