I started taking Orlistat and for the first month I was super good....lost 9lbs so was pleased. But then I had a fatal holiday and stopped taking it. I haven't really been able to get back on it.......
I know I need to take 3 tablets for 3 days before it kicks in again but just can't seem to get it back on!
Someone help motivate me! I have tried all the normal Xmas dress, lose more feeling but I just can't seem to get back to it and concentrate on taking it!
Don't really get any support from dr....

well done for what you have already achieved. Maybe it might help to start again as if you were just begining. There seem to be a few of us who have just started who's motivation is quite high in anticipation!!. Perhaps we can support each other by letting each other know how we are doing, how much lost, tricky, tempting situations to deal with etc. It would be a real shame to have put yourself through it only to regain all the weight that you have already lost. I keep reminding myself that for me this is last chance saloon!! if i don,t commit to this then i have run out of options.

hi you should try and start as new just think how mad you would be if you put the weight back on i dont have that much to loose ,but i am scared what happens when you stop them .? i eat healthy most of the time any way and never lost a lb before . go back to doctors at the end of the month
