Help to identify the cause of these symptoms

Over the past month my physical anxiety symptoms have improved signifigantly, so much so that my Dr. only wants me on xanax as needed and nothing else. I haven't been on any other meds in the past month.

Even though the physical symptoms have almost disapeared I still find myself constantly having anxious thoughts about the symptoms coming back.

Along with this, over the past 2 weeks I have just felt dull, tired, not motivated to do much, and not much mental clarity no matter how much I sleep (some nights I'll sleep for 9 - 10 hours!) or exercise (usually 1 hour a day). I'm not depressed, just dull...

I have read all kinds of things about Andrenal Fatigue, sleeping too much and not on a consitent basis could have something to do with it but would like to hear others opinions.

Have you tried yoga?  It is very complete.  It teaches ways to rid the body of pent up energy, loosens muscles, teaches breathing, teaches minfpdful ways..its just complete and they have it specifically for anxiety too. Maybe that can helo you. And get an anxiety workbook its filled with helpful insights and ideas.

Haven't tried it but I it definetly is somthing I want to look into. But lately I feel like I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum. In the past with the anxiety I was always so wound up and tense, but now it's just like my mind is just worn out.
