i had sex for the first time about a month ago when i was very drunk. i started feeling tingling a few days after but i thought nothing serious. A couple weeks later and i start feeling a lot of tingling on the top of my penis which was causing a good amount of discomfort. checked my penis a few times a day saw nothing but still was very worried. fast forward a couple days later and i see this. is it anything to worry about? i dont really have any discomfort in that area but idk it still kinda looks like herpes. can anyone help?
