So i dont usually look down there but for a little but now i felt some sort of bump whenever i touched my labia. One day i decided to look and was horrified. I am so worried. I tried looking up answers online but the it points to HPV?? I have never been sexually active so how would i get this? The bumps dont hurt only if youre trying to pop themor something. They dont itch or anything and are not uncomfortable. But what is this?? Please help me i'm so worried.
Hi, do the bumps feel soft like like skin or do they feel like they are liquid filled ? If you have never had sex than you can rule out an STI. it looks like they are only at the edges of your lips correct ?
Hm i’m trying to think back to what if felt like. It felt like inbetween soft and hard but more on the hard side but not super super hard. Yes! they are only at the edges of my lips no where else.
They dont hurt at all, are not inflamed nor red. No itching at all , it doesnt hurt when I pee. The only time they hurt is if i’m intentionally trying to pinch or pop them.
do you ever recall seeing them before or did they just develop recently ? if they dont cause you any discomfort at all and you dont have any symptoms they could be benign. They may be cyst if they are hard.
Hm i cant remember exactly when they started appearing but they werent there before. When feeling them they feel like they could be cysts but im not sure. They feel a little hard like something could be inside I’m just worried that its something i cant get rid of. I did get an adult toy for the first time a couple bit ago and i had never used one with that material before could that be affecting it also?
If the material from the toy was made of something you were allergic to you would have noticed it after the use of it. Did you use the toy before the pictures were taken ?
those pictures were taken in close time with using the toy, but its been a week since ive used it and the bumps are still there.
hey kelly! i think i know what i have but im thinking of going to the gyno just to be sure. i think i have vestibular papillomatosis, i’m hoping? it seems to check out. i’ve never had sex or had someone do oral on me so i can confidently rule out hpv i think? They dont hurt at all and only affect my labia/ vulva. Good news is i think its not harmful or contagious which is a plus since im going to be sexually active, so hopefully a topical cream will help them go away i think.
If the pictures was after you used the toy than your vagina was swollen from arousal but it will go down and look a little different. If i am reading that correctly ? I dont think they are VP honestly, they look much different. they usually dont grow on the outer edge of the lips. I would definitely make an Apt so you can find out what they are .
