Help, What are these bumps?

Heya. So i shaved today and noticed a few strange bumps on the underside/ base of my shaft. they’re small, they don’t itch or hurt however i still worry they could potentially be something sinister.

I did notice these prior to shaving. it had been a while since I shaved before that.

any and all help appreciated.

Could be bumps after shaving before. Bumps like these arent usually infectious, but they do come around from ingrown hairs.
