Help! What are these red dots on side of my penis?

I had unprotected sex several times with different girls. Probably 10 girls.

I also masturbate daily and sometimes even twice a day.

I masturbate with my right hand.

I started noticing this rash on right side of my penis several months ago. Its not healing. I just noticed what appears to be a white soar growing.

I wash my penis daily.

Its itchy.

It doesnt hurt.

This is happening on right side of my penis. Im hoping this is just irritation caused by friction from masturbating. I dont think its herpes because even herpes heals after outbreak and this has been there for a 3 months ( I could be wrong ).

the photo is bad. it just might be Fordyce granules - the norm. or molluscum contagiosum. in any case it’s not scary

my man, it looks like an ulcerous lesion, which is common in a std. it looks like sifilis, although it’s weird it hasn’t got away after some time. anyways, go to a doctor. you need some antibiotics
