ive been suffering a lot with recurring BV and thrush - could this be related to either of those? recently had an STI screening (couple weeks ago) and it was negative

Not sure, could be anything but for me it looks like the red dots and pimples you get after shaving. I get them as well and i actually shaved for like an hour ago and already got them again, they looks similar to yours but mine isnt that big but maybe you didnt shave…

It does take few days before it disappear btw. Mine takes like 2 days or something so why not but you know best…
