I do not know what it is but that does not look right.
You need to go to a doctor and have yourself checked. It may be some type of infection.

You are probably right ,it looks like VP which is benign , it just looks funny
if youre a virgin it is unlikely to be hpv. probably is VP, but see a doctor for piece of mind
