Hello, so about a week ago I noticed a itch in my bum area and then it seem like things got worse. I woke up three days ago and it feel like its tiny cuts all over the anus area. When i touch the area its painful and have a stinging sensation. I have been doing Sitz Baths the last three days. Please help. I cant bare this pain and itch. The first pic is how it look when it first started and the second is how it look now.
those arent hemorrhoids. hemorrhoids are bulging veins that appear around the anus. are you having any other symptoms? swollen groin lymph nodes?
