It looks like fordyce spots. Does it hurt?

Don’t know., appeared a month or two ago.. It’s more itchy, hurts little sometimes when I touch it. I know what fordyce are..but this looks like some kind of rash to me..

These spots are normal, fordyce spots, they are part of your external genitalia.

Try using neutral pH for your intimate area, and if possible, 100% cotton underwear. If the problem persists, then we will look at other options.
