Noticed this bump on my face a week ago. It started out small and was a little itchy. Now its doubled in size and turned deep purple. It doesn't hurt, but feels tender upon palpation. What is this and how can I treat it?File size is too big

You need to get that checked by a doctor to ensure it is not cancerous. Hopefully it is just a localised infection.
