George, this looks really nasty - it may have started as something that did not look like it is much - but what I would suggest id you MUST have it confirmed by a Doctor that this cannot become cancerous.
So, book an emergency session with your Regular / Family Doctor / GP or go to a non-emergency Walk-In Department at your Local General Hospital or go to any Walk-In sexual Health Service, if you live in the UK the other Hospital Department you can go to is a GUM Clinic.
