this lump appeared about 2 days ago and has seemed to swell a bit. it feels tight and really only painful when i press it with my finger. picture below. please help

Are you circumcised? If not, do you have problems exposing the head / glans of your penis, is it painful to do this even prior to the swelling?
Have you been masturbating quite frequently recently or / and had extended / rough sex?
If so, this could be a Penile Lymphocele - leave your penis alone for 2 to 3 weeks and the swelling will go.
go to your nearest sex clinic, those spots on your penis are either moluscum or HPV warts!
