HELP! What is this on my penis?

Hello, What is this on my penis? They started appearing a couple months ago Im sexually active and they do not hurt at all. I atttched an image of it. Someone please help me.

It looks like molluscum contagious

Are they flat or is it just bad lighting? I see a raised bump on the lower right side, that one looks like molluscum contagiosum aka MC, not sure about the other spots though.
