Its a little out of focus, but from that one photo it doesnt look like much. Have you managed to find any other sores? Any symptoms? Where does it itch? Does it burn when you urinate? Any smell or discharge? Would you mind uploading a photo a little more zoomed out and in focus? From these photos alone it just looks like a red blur which could be anything from herpes to simple skin irritation; need a clear photo to tell.

Looks like nothing, a little irritation, you can see your gp to be sure of course but i wouldnt stress. Next time you dont have to be so zoomed in we dont need a microscopic view its actually harder to tell when youre so close like that!
