Help! What is this?

I got this bump on my testicle 5 days ago. Does this look like it can be herpes, a wart, or an ingrown hair??

ingrown hairs only occur if u have shaved and the hairs growing back

it dosnt look like uv shaved ur testicles lately as the hairs look quite long

I got the same thing on my balls been there for 4 years seems to have grown at the same rate as a similar skin on my body. Would like to know what it is my self. I suspect it is a skin tag but afraid to ask the doctor.
