Located on the shaft of the penis of my boyfriend. He said it was a cyst because of severe allergy and he broke it. Is there a possibility of STD or HIV?! he is heterosexual , and circumcised and he has sensitive skin
it does look like it couldve been a cyst that popped. no harm in having a doctor have a look
