Help! What’s up with this rash on my penis

Hi all, I'm pretty worried about this rash that has come up on my junk. It's red dry and itchy and its really starting to flare up. It's even under my foreskin all over with small patches of red. Any ideas of what it might be or what i could do?

most probably a fungal infection. Apply Clotrimazole 1% cream for a couple of days.

Consult a dermatologist if no improvement.
