Help with anxiety and stress

Who can I go to release all this anxiety and stress. I can cope with it anymore 

doctors first.

tell him what your feeling.

he will perscribe you somthing to calm you down

you then need to try help yourself and deal with the situations that are making you stressed.

its a terrible thing.i despise it.its ruining my life.

Hi Scottishlass what exactly are you feeling? Anxiety can be a burden i know iv been suffering for nearly 2 years now, i have good days and bad, tell us what you are feeling so we can help you, ?? What is bothering you the most?

if you have a wide variety of symptoms,try listing them.

mines is.

chest pain

tired.

angry

miserable

sore temples

clenching jaw

sore ribs

twitching.

shaking.

bad palpatations.

probably a few more too.

I'm always stressed, angry, worried, tearful all the time, irriated, no confidence, no self esteem, I don't enjoy things like I used too, always feeling down, feel hopeless, get pains in my chest, I panick about everything.  

i know my ruining my married by being like this as my partner doesn't understand or won't listen I feel like I'm a burden to him. 

I've listed mine below I just want to be the bubbly and fun person again.

Hi Scottishlass anxiety panic and depression all come under the same heading for me, im not a doctor or a specialist i can only call on my own experiences and what I've learned over the past 2 years, but talking to someone who understands or who has experienced it themselves can only help, remember that for every negative thought or experience (symptom) there is always a positive alternative, id say take 1 day at a time remember that you are worth it and deserve everything you desire, you are not week, in fact its been said that the more strong minded people tend to suffer these issues, accept uncertainty some things we cannot control so worrying about what may or may not happen makes no sense, sacrifice attention remembering you are a strong person, leaving anxiety no place to manifest itself your symptoms will eventually fade.

I as many on here, can totaly understand what your going through, you must try & understand your thought prosses as this is where your anxiety & stress is coming from.

Someone posted about a book last week, ( sorry cant remember who it was now ) but it gives you a good understanding of how your thoughts will keep you locked into a downward spiral, might be worth giving it a read...

can you go to your doctor? they should listen and understand, you can make a self referral to talking therapies, get their number fron the website or what about counselling, that may help as there is a good chance your anxieties and stress may have an underlying cause,
