I suffer with generalised anxiety disorder, and depression which is managed by taken 60mg fluoxetine . I rarely go out but when I do I sweat a lot on my face I try not think about it and distract myself but nothing works. I have tried beta blockers, propranolol and worked with a occupational therapist for my anxiety sweating but nothing has worked. It is really getting me down to where I am not going out at all now. Im on sertraline 200mg for depression and anxiety and I sweat out my head and face it is awful and very embarresing I really sympathise with you.
I presume it is the medication I was on mirtazapine for 6 years and it did not happen when I was on that it really is a bummer

I'm sorry you are going through this. I tend to sweat when i am anxious thats because the blood pressure and heart rate go up
