Hi guys, I'm posting this on behalf of a friend who has just told me she suffers really bad with anxiety, she thought she was over it but it's reared its ugly head again today. Now I dont know much about it so I'm asking for advice on how to help her, she has 3 small children and has a few health issues regarding her stomach so meds are a no no, is there a herbal route she can try? Any advice would be grateful, thanks in advance😊
Being there for her is a huge step. Try keeping here mind distracted. If you can get her outside moving nice and slow. You can look up box breathing. Having someone to talk and vent to helps.
There is therapy and you can help her with the kids, walking is heloful. Magnesium foot soaks are heloful. Chamomile tea is slightly useful, her belly might be from the anxiety? Eating hugh magnessium foods. Bananas, avacadoes, sweet potatoes, celery juiced 8oz., sweet basil chopped half a cup a day..all helpful.
theres no magic cure or fix sadly. Wish there was .science doesnt even really understand it yet just everyine is aware it is one fourt the globe and growing, but it waxes and wanes as well. I think everyine gets some level of anxiety just thise with the disorder experience a whole other experience with it, havung young kids makes it mire of a challenge. So helo woth the kids is fantastic, maybe even do yoga tigether for stress would be lovely.
