please can anybody help with my Diazepam reduction .
i am on 2 mg each night and have been asked to come off them. in the ASHTON manual it say 10% reduction every 10-14 days i want to do it every 10 days by 0.5mg.
so can anybody show me a daily taper plan for say a month. i am being a bit thick and dont really understand it. i just want to dry cut so no scales or liquid.

go to benzo buddies more support there. 0.5 mg reductions doesnt sound that bad for reduction after short term use but everyone is different. good luck xx
