Help with test results

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have been diagnosed with Hashimotos for 18 months. My levothyroxine has steadily gone up from 25 to 50 to 75 and now to 100.  My latest blood results are:

Serum Free T4 level (pmo/L) 16.2

Serum TSH level (miu/L) 0.37

Is this good? The doctor says it is and to carry on as I am.

The other thing I wanted to ask is, does anyone think that as their levothyroxine medication went up it got even harder to lose weight?  Contrary to what I first thought, does levothyroxine make it harder to lose weight?

Your results are absolutely fine. Yes you should find it easier to lose weight. It does take time. I lost a stone in a year with eating healthily also and just a bit more exercise.

Thank you!  I'm just starting on a diet and exercise regime now - so fingers crossed.
