help with these bumps?

ok so I'm really worried, I broke up with my girlfriend of 4 years never had any issues like this.. I hooked up with a chick 2 weeks ago and about 3 days ago a bump like this popped up and went away. then another one popped up and it seems like a 2nd one this morning. she said she was clean. any ideas?

its on the skin, and just feels like some sort of zit or pimple. I’m getting it check out Monday but I’m extremely stressed out as I’ve never had an issue like this before.
