ok, i had a herpes scare i posted about before, this past thursday. noticed sores wednesday, tested thursday, thought they were still open nonhealed at time of swab, then by friday they were already healing/healed. dr didnt think they looked like herpes even with report of being sexually active within week of occurrence. they didnt to me either really but was scared and they were somewhat concerning. test result of swab: negative. so was everything else- no yeast bv, full std panel completed. no reason for itchiness but this is my main symptom.
flash forward to last night, sunday. all previous sores healed. skin in much better shape- super fragile and dry before. as i went to bed, genitals felt itchy. resisted urge to itch. in morning (now monday), woke up and made mistake of itching. noticed i got blood on my hands from doing so . went to mirror and saw new marks. these actually look different than last weeks marks. no pain to touch, poop, or pee.
Could be mild herpes outbreak.
Such mild, that blister doesn’t appear.
When the sores are not 100% hurting . It is most times not herpes .
thank you, i am still not positive if it is or not and investigating. i am either lucky and have an extremely mild case, or not herpes but it could potentially go either way at this point
