Slight bacterial infection. Clean with running water and use your fingers to rub the surface of your glans and your foreskin with your clean fingers. Never use soap! Make sure everything is dry before you put your foreskin back in place. If it doesnt get better with this regiment in a week or so then get on antibiotics.

Well, i do for weeks all you said to me to do, but I used soap for babies. Now i will do all that without soap, and I only pull back in place my foreskin when everything is dried. Sometimes all had gone, and after days or weeks, its come back. If it doesn’t get better in a week than you said, i will go to doctor for antibiotics treatment. I update here when finish that week
