Hello all!
6 weeks ago my cholesterol labs were:
TC: 260
LDL: 180
HDL: 55
TG: 130ish
I was told to increase exercise and change my diet. I have been eating plant based x 5 weeks.
My recent results are:
TC: 143
LDL: 83
HDL: 44
TG: 70ish
I realize that my cholesterol dropped dramatically. And honestly mostly from diet...I exercised some but not nearly as frequently as before I began eating plant based.
Should I not be concerned that my HDL is lowered as well?
