I’ve noticed these white bumps on the base of the tip of my penis and i am worried about these does anyone know what they are … and I’m wondering if this is a genital wart i noticed this after trimming my hair

the spots around the corona are ppp (pearly penile papules ) there normal the growth could be a skin tag ideally u should get that double checked by your doctor
