I was recently diagnosed with a yeast infection and UTI. I also have strep throat so Ive been taking antibiotics and a steroid which Im sure dont help my yeast infection. I havent been taking a probiotic unfortunately. I used a 1 day monistat treatment and noticed these spots appear the next day. Please help... any ideas as to what it could be? The spots themselves arent painful and they almost look like ingrown hairs to me. Im sexually active too.

it seems to be herpes, corticoids reduce immunity and herpes attacks, look for a doctor, I hope you get better.
