please please please help me
im totlay starting to loose interest and i realy dont want to!!
ii started 1st of dec and when i had my monthly weigh in i had only lost half a pound!!even after dramticaly changing my diet!!
i had lost 2 inches of everyware tho so seemed to be ok!!was disapointed with no weight loss tho!
so im into week 7 and i still havent lost any weight!!
im starting to pick again!ive had a curry,a slice of pizza,ive even had donoughts!!
i realy dont want to slip back into my old ways but i can see it happening :cry:
im doing more exercise and im trying to keep it up so dnt loose it all togeather.
just need a lift!!!

aww Suzie poor you, don't slip back as you say you have lost some inches.
maybe you should book into see the nurse at the Dr's to be weigh weekly and get advice and encouragement from her for a month or so until you see some loss in pounds as well as inches.
aw i no i dont want to,but am getting frustrated!!
im going to try again harder tomorow just take 1 day at a time.
its the snacking inbtween meals jumping back in not so much the meals,i eat the right stuff then want to snack,i need to get a fruit bowl and fill it to the top lol xx

I have dried fruit on hand for nimbles, prunes and apricots both sweet and you have to chew so your body knows you are eating.
also a little trick I have found is to brush your teeth, the clean feeling and freshness of your mouth makes me not want to eat maybe that will work for you to
