It is particularly difficult to urinate when you feel the urge to use the bathroom but can't because of constipation, especially faecal impaction.
The muscles used in both acts have similar functions, hence why getting the flow going is more difficult.
I would see your GP as soon as possible. Meanwhile, you could try some Lactulose to help draw fluid into your stool.
Although for faecal impaction (if its severe) a mini enema or suppository are the likeliest solutions (your GP will determine this).
Simple lifestyle changes like light exercise, drinking plenty of water and eating wholesome fibrous food can help in the long-term.

Idk. Never for me. I actually am trying it again because the milk of magnesi. Caused me kidney stones. Woke me up out of my sleep last night. I have been worried about that too. Its odd. I hope the miralax works for me this time as wellvas you Kev. I need to take it every 12hrs i guess.
