Hi i am 24 years old i suffer from anxiety and depression i was really bad on online bingo and think this is what triggered the anxiety off i ended up getting to point i couldn't eat sleep think straight constantly crying feeling crap over other peoples problems i ended up feeling like i didn't love my lil boy n his dad anymore and ended up in a mental health hospital over it i finely got my feelings back and started being me again but these last few weeks it's all come back but different stuff but I've also started back on the bingo not going anywhere but to drop and pick my boy up from school am just wondering if it's maybe the bingo that's fetched it back my partner seems to think it is x
The bingo shouldn't make you feel like that. Even if you lost life goes on, life is good, losing is good, think of it as a good experience and laugh at it. You have a family that loves you, and you are 24. even if you lost everything talking about money, you can always make more. If you think straight there is nothing wrong with that. If that doesn't make you happy, stop it. I like to gamble sometimes and when you lose it's normal to feel down. In my opinion the depression might be the reason to go to the bingo. hope you get better
Am on literally all the time joining sites after sites i was fine before i joined i joined the first ever bingo site and won alot of money then i started looking for others when i had my break down i stopped it all together started doing stuff ect feeling myself again then i went on just thinking or its only once won't hurt n boom bad again staying in house all time ect x
I guess everyone is different. I gamble from time to time but I've never had trouble to stop when I want. But I often think of it like something to do, like a sport. I play poker sometimes. You will be fine, nothing lasts forever. just bad feelings..
I really hope so am starting anxiety hypnosis in may hoping it works my friend told me about it as she suffers herself and she said it really helps x
Online Bingo sites and gaming sites should be banned, not the least because people like us can get so wrapped-up in them that they can take us over, and every little loss turns into a major disaster and a preoccupation.
To break yourself of the habit try to visualise a very rich man rubbing his hands together because he is making lots of money every time you play.
They make a fortune, and they lead us to believe that we will do the same if we only carry on playing. But in reality it is they who make the money not us.
All it can do for us is pass the days doing something useless, when we could be doing something worthwhile for ourselves.
If you really think about this, then maybe this obsession might end for you.
If your anxiety becomes any worse please go to your doctor.
It's ever since bingo I've become like i have it must be as when i stopped i was feeling loads better i started again thinking once won't hurt then am back to how i was I've started calms and contacting docs in the morning to get back on my tablets am also started hypnosis back end of may it's to help with alot of things x
Then please treat all gambling websites in future as if they were the very devil incarnate and don't go near them.
Even if you did you now know that someone else will be getting richer with your money, your depression would get much worse and at the end of the day I can guarantee you will lose more than you win.
The very best of luck in the future.
Thank you x
