I'm just about to take an exam! Have ringing in my ears and am roasting hot! Head is pounding and can't concentrate 😔 need to relax and calm myself before a full blown attack comes on!
Im new to this forum but know exactly what your saying id say before your exam listen to some tunes that make you happy, think off a happy ocassion a take some deep breaths. Realise that the exam is important to you but remember that as long as you try your best then no matter the result you will have passed. Ringing in the ears you could try masking the sound with ocean wave or rain dropping sounds in the background using youtube. Again the positive outcome is that you will have tried your best. Sort your breathing out and change thought paths. You have to do exam, you can walk out and hope to retake when calm but I think you can do it. Good luck x
