Can't shake off the loneliness crying insecure my husband just can't understand all this tried talking to him feel as if just me in my own little bubble and getting nowhere
Hi Sorry your feeling so sad
Have you been diagnosed with depression/anxiety?
Been diagnosed with anxiety
It sounds like you have a bit of depression in there to
If you havent done so you should go and see your gp medication is a option and so is therapy.
With anxiety exercise helps instead of crying in bed go for a brisk walk I know its easier said than done sometimes but with anxiety we have to try and help ourselves..
If your hubby does'nt undersatand try family and friends
This forum is brill you will get support here.
Stay Strong
Been to gp because im on duloxotine for migraines and they're antidepressant he's gave me diazepam and referred me to therapy but that's not till the 4 th April ,when the chest pain starts n I start feeling sick I panic it's scary xx
Diazepram is only for short term,if your feeling bad then maybe the duloxotine is working for your migraines but not your anxiety/depression.(you have to explain this to your doc)
4th April is only just over 2 weeks away thats good Ive been waiting on therapy for 6 months.
But if you feel these AD's are not working go back to your gp
Take Care
Unless your husband has actually experienced an anxiety attack he wouldnt be able to relate to whats happening to you. Sometimes one gets lucky and the guy is really empathetic but most of the time it is their feelings and how it effects them. Hang in there and feel better.
