I went to the doctor because I had a spot on my bottom and inner leg he told me it was a skin infection words like a zit but a infection of the pore instead but when I look it up it doesn't look like that it they popped after two days and look like a blister that you'd have on the back of your foot if a shoe rubbed it there's a little annoying pain but nothing major he says it doesn't look like herpies but can be tell by looking? He also says that's a unusual spot for herpies I've had the same sex partner for 3 years and 2 years with the one before and he was a virgin so I don't believe he had herpies either when a herpies blister pops does it look like a friction blister? I also got a new spot about a hour ago after sweating really bad do herpies come up all at once or day after day? Can boils be soft? Can he tell by the look if it's herpies I googled and they say that's the only thing causes sores down there please just hopefully give me some relief from worrying
Bottom and inner leg is a place for herpes. And herpes can look like friction blisters or burn blisters.
But if a health proffissional had a look at it and he said it is not herpes then it is is most likely not herpes.
I reccomend if it is posdible to post a photo or see another doctor.
The only way to tell is with a skin culture... current blister... or blood test 4 weeks after the outbreak.
I seen three different doctors and told me different things. I ended up with the result of herpes. Not trying to scare you but get a culture of the blisters not blood test because it won't be accurate. Herpe symptoms come out 2-20 days after exposure. If you're positive get Zovirax cream for the blisters & Valacyclovir pills. Any other questions feel free to ask
Would you mind me asking was the blisters small or quarter size? And when they popped what did they look like?
The blisters are usually small and end up looking like oral canker sores after bursting, especially if on mucosal skin.
